Verizon Billing is the worst piece of shit i have ever encountered. They have always managed to bill me more. I’m beginning to think they do this crap on purpose and they make extra money on those who don’t know or don’t have time to follow up. I’m about fed up and made a mistake of renewing to double play. I FUCKING HATE VERIZON, WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD.

I had verizon for many years, then left for T-mobile, no complaints. I think switched to Verizon to get the Iphone and use my 22% corporate discount. I got my first pill and it was extremely expensive. I was informed that Verizon uses “advanced billing”- just like Comcast does and it sucks. Just another way corporate America sticks it to the man. I managed verizon to credit me the “activation fee”, per my corp discount but they stated they wouldn’t honor my discount for a couple of months and they couldn’t guarantee anything. I asked why their billing process wasn’t streamlined and so confusing and they failed to provide me with an answer. Needless to say, I am not happy with Verizon.

Oh yeh, I did get an $800 bill after ordering another service to them. Never in my life have I had a bill for any utilities that amount, not even Keyspan gas. I flipped out.

I have had Verizon home and cell phone for years. But, I just cannot get them to correctly bill me ever. It escalates each bill then it is nearly impossible for sure I as well as them! to figure out and get it right and fix it. Wait, be careful to add/order any other service. I made sure I ordered on my billing date so there would be no crazy bill. But, there was! We can never escape the craziness.

yea i got a bill for $607.86 after i almost had a heartattack i contacted them they advised me that my wireless had been added on I DIDN”T DO THAT even if my wireless bill is not near that i have e-net there home phone and wireless is at verizon wireless my phone bill was more than my house payment!!
